Hi, For quite some time the postgresql dumps in JFFNMS have been rather sad. This is mainly around the problems of the converters I have used from moving from mysql to pgsql.
I looked into this again and found something that looks way better than what I have seen before. The program is py-mysql2pgsql. I have made a test conversion and was pretty happy with the results. It even does autoincrements/sequences right. The test dump for 0.9.4 is at http://sourceforge.net/projects/jffnms/files/JFFNMS%20Releases/jffnms-0.9.4fix.pgsql/download I'm keen to hear how it goes for those that want postgresql support. If this sort of conversion is a goer, I'll put into the standard build setup so the postgresql database dumps work with each release. - Craig -- Craig Small (@smallsees) http://enc.com.au/ csmall at : enc.com.au Debian GNU/Linux http://www.debian.org/ csmall at : debian.org GPG fingerprint: 5D2F B320 B825 D939 04D2 0519 3938 F96B DF50 FEA5 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Learn Graph Databases - Download FREE O'Reilly Book "Graph Databases" is the definitive new guide to graph databases and their applications.
