I work for a very large corporation (I just hide behind my old school address) with an enterprise contract for SLES 9 and I use JFS for NFS servers.  Reiser3 didn't work well with large files, Ext3 didn't have the performance, and when I was doing heavy stress testing I had issues with XFS corruption over NFS (which I think might now be fixed, but I'm not about to find out).  JFS has been extremely stable and has shown excellent performance.  The developer feedback on this list is another strong reason I went with JFS.
