the only machine dependent things i see from a quick look in fs/jfs is
jfs_debug.c, jfs_unicode.h (!) and super.c which are #include'ing
asm/uaccess.h and asm/byteorder.h where "include/asm" points to
"include/asm-i386" for x86.
