yeah, i'll rename the "generic benchm***" to tests and be more verbose
about the setup, because every test/benchmark is bound to the underlying
system. that's why there are so many different results out there...

i'm comparing extracting a big tarball on the fs. nothing else. no magic
involved. tar does not have an option

i'll definitely have a look on those and probably put it in the script. i
just want to have *one* command to do some benchmarks, non-interactive and
with results i can actually use and not some utopian operations i'm not
going to use anyway (i have no big maildir on my desktop machine nor
databases and no 20GB files lying around)
