Hi, Our environnement is : jfs_mkfs version 1.1.2, 25-Mar-2003 and 2.4.21-27.ELsmp We encounter these messages with sometimes kernel crashes :   Jul  3 10:46:12 notos kernel: add_index: get/read_metapage failed! Jul  3 10:46:12 notos kernel: find_entry called with index >= next_index Jul  3 10:46:12 notos kernel: add_index: get/read_metapage failed! Jul  3 10:46:12 notos kernel: find_entry called with index >= next_index Jul  3 10:46:12 notos last message repeated 2 times Jul  3 10:50:45 notos kernel: add_index: get/read_metapage failed! Jul  3 10:50:45 notos last message repeated 3 times Jul  3 10:50:45 notos kernel: find_entry called with index >= next_index Jul  3 10:50:45 notos last message repeated 4 times   Besides,   We have other machines at the same level of kernel and jfs with much more data and activity without any problem.   Do you have any hint?   Thanks.
