Hi Taran,

I don't know if the damaged structure can be recovered. But I do think
that jfsrec (jfsrec.sourceforge.net) can recover the files on the HD. If
the directory structure is corrupt the files may be recovered but not
their names or their place in the directory tree.

Using jfsrec may be your last resort. It does not destroy anything as it
only reads from the damaged partition. But it may take some time to sort
all files it recoveres.
