I know, it's a lame advice - but if you can, please try a more current 
version of jfsutils (1.1.14 is out, http://jfs.sf.net)

I'd recommend running fsck against a backup copy of your filesystem, in 
case things go wrong.

> Superblock is corrupt and cannot be repaired

Is there anything related in syslog? Is the RAID really ok again, after 
the power outage? (dd(1) off the whole device?)
