I had this pretty output from my kernel a few times in the last few
days, each time requiring a reboot to unlock the FS + an fsck afterwards
(one time requiring a full fsck as opposed to only replaying the
journal).

It happens when writing to a USB external hard drive which I've used to
occasionaly backup my system from a Mandriva system (never had errors on
it).
Today, I'm on Fedora 15 and trying to rsync 7 tons of small files to it.
