This is harmless. fsck.jfs is sending the BLKFLSBUF ioctl, which flushes
the page cache. The ioctl is sent down to the device, but I think it's
usually unimplemented at that level.

According to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=783955 this
warning is temporary just to let the developers know which ioctls are
being sent to a partition that are no longer allowed.
