Hi Tim,
I use WLM with ribbons, and here is what I do. To work with contacts, from the
message folders, press ctrl +3 on top numbers row. If you tab once, you will be
in your contacts. Press home, and you will be in a search box where you can
type in a name and find that contact. You can press applications key on a
contact, and select from choices to do with the contact. When you are done with
your contacts, press ctrl + 1 on numbers row to go right back to your messages.
So the trick is the two commands ctrl + 3 to get to contacts, and ctrl + 1 to
get back to your message folders. I hope this helps, and let me know if you
have anymore questions. Have a great one.

Subject: How to interact with the contacts list in Windows Live Mail and JAWS

HI All,

I lost track of the instructions I once had on the following point, and would
greatly appreciate assistance.

I am using Windows Live Mail with the ribbon menus. I want to find a specific
person in my contacts list, and send them an email. I just cannot get that to
work. I press control n to open a new message, shift tab to the contacts
button, and press enter. I find the name in the contacts list, but from there,
I cannot figure out how to get that name into the email address field.

I know at one point I was told how to get into the contacts list editor, which
allowed me to edit or delete contacts, but I cannot remember how to get in to
that version of the contacts list; it is different than what I get by pressing
the contacts button.

Thanks in advance,
Tim Ford
