The college I'm attending is a Blackboard institution. I haven't had
problems with it with JAWS 14, so you shouldn't with 15. You'll want to use
either IE 11 or Firefox, though. Blackboard itself says you'll have issues
with IE 9 or 10, and they recommend Firefox--though I've worked around 90%
of their issues with IE 11.

Just today, I decided to embark on a series of professional development
courses that rely on Blackboard as their platform. I've heard Blackboard has
taken accessibility to a much higher standard in recent years.  

But does anyone have tips, tricks, or Tutorials for Blackboard for a JAWS
user?

On a related note, I still use Version 15. Is there an obvious advantage to
upgrading to Ver. 17 before starting to work with Blackboard?
