Hi, David. Here's what I had to do. If you find that there is an update to 
Flash Player, go to your control panel, Programs and Features, click on flash 
player, and uninstall it before you try the update.

This method worked for me, and it was the only way I didn't get that close 
applications message.

  Hi list members, I'd like to know how can I fix problems that I'm having when

both version of the flash player without having to go to their site because I
