I played around with yesterday's suggestions, with no progress.  There has to 
be a setting in the program itself that enables the Blu-ray support, although 
why they make it such a pain to find is a mystery.  You'd think it would be a 
default.  Anyhow, I'm counting on the result's being worth it.

If you play movies in the Blue Ray format on your PC, what JAWS friendly 
program are you using?  I have Power DVD 9 that came with my Windows 7 
computer, but I am wondering if there's something better.
