Well, it’s definitely not working, or if its downloading, I have no idea where 
it’s putting it.  It keeps going on about DVDX.  Either this sight is nuts, or 
I am, and I guess it’s up to me to figure out which.

Okay, the title didn’t match, which worried me a bit.  It said it was 
downloading something else.  We can always try it, then take a peak and see 
what I have.  Internet 10 seems to be a bit squirrely, something I never 
observed at home. Then again, I used the Juno interface at home, and my 
performance was so awful under 7 I can’t judge one way or the other.  
Incidentally, the VLC I currently have is 32, but the one you referenced seems 
to be 64.

They're hosting the files on sourceforge.  By the time you follow the "link 
tree" through you end up getting the download(s) from sourceforge.
