Maria, MS-Paint has been included with every version of Windows since Windows made its debut. So, unless you have had someone do some really odd modifications to your system, it's still there and ready to be called upon. That's what I use to paste all my screen captures in to and then save them for later mailing, posting, etc.
I'm not sure which "that" you're referring to in your "that doesn't work, either," response. Remember, too, that JAWS can and does occasionally hijack certain Windows or program keyboard commands. It may be necessary to exit JAWS temporarily to determine whether it's what's causing any keyboard command that should typically work to not work. Brian
