Brad, What makes it worse (for laptop users) is it entirely depends on whether you have an abbreviated keyboard (read: one without the number pad and associated keys) or a full keyboard that includes them.
I'm constantly getting tripped up when I go from one client who has to use the laptop commands because they have an abbreviated keyboard and another who must use the "desktop" commands because they have a full keyboard.
