I just thought I'd post this since I began digging through my collection of 
materials related to JAWS (and other screen readers) and Adobe Reader.
Here is the Accessibility Page for Adobe Acrobat DC.  I imagine the two links 
with the titles, Acrobat DC accessibility features and Acrobat DC accessibility 
FAQ will be of the most interest to end users.  They put together a reasonably 
useful document entitled, Accessing PDF documents with assistive technology: A 
screen reader user’s guide, as well.
