Hi Brian, Well, maybe this will make things a little easier. Whenever you're in any application invoke the keystroke, Insert / Jaws Key + 1, on the number row above the main keyboard, to toggle Jaws Help mode on / off. With this mode on you can invoke a keystroke & Jaws will tell you what the keystroke does providing it's a Jaws keystroke. I'm sure you're aware of this but, in case you don't recall a particular keystroke this little tool comes in quite handy! Take care. Mike
