         I just wanted to report back that Accuplacer has been in touch with me 
several times now since I reported this accessibility issue.   Pertinent 
sections from the last two messages from today are:

Your issue has absolutely not been closed.  I close them out when I reply to 
customers because the system then sends me an email that you have replied.  It 
just makes for my response times to be a little bit quicker.  I assure you we 
are working on it!  As for a follow up on your issue, I spoke to College Board 
who wanted to make sure that this was the correct document.  College Board has 
stated that they are having some resources devote some time to better create 
accessibility to that document.  I am waiting on the direction they want to go 
with it, but when I know, I will certainly relay that information to you.

and

I just heard from my boss who had just spoken with College Board.  It looks 
like they are commiting to having this worked on and ideally fixed by the end 
of the month.

At least there seems to be an acknowledgement of the issue and what appears to 
be a sincere concern about fixing it.
