Hi, Caps lock + shift + B tells muy battery life. That command should work fine. I am using JAWS 17. That is strange that it is not working for you. Do you have your JAWS keyboard layout set to Laptop layout? You can have that set even if you have a desktop. Just press enter on options, enter on basics, and tab to the keyboard layout and arrow to the laptop layout. That way, the caps lock will work just like the insert key. The shift + caps lock + B should tell you the battery status. Have a great one.
