To change your home page, Press Alt t for the Tools menu, then arrow
down to Options.
The options screen is unusual, at least through JAWS. It's not a dialog
box. Instead, it appears like a web page. So instead of tabs, you have
to choose the page of options you want from a Listbox. At the top of the
page, in the first Listbox (which almost seems empty until you turn on
forms mode), select General. Then navigate the options as you would a
web page, From there you should find the option to set your home page.
