Interested in any hints for efficient use of Microsoft Outlook Instant Message - seems difficult to follow continued strings of messages, selecting participants, etc.
I am using Jaws 16.### and Outlook IM 2010 but am hoping to get the latest JAWS version and Outlook 2013 next week. I need an administrator to perform the install - everything is very locked down in our environment.
