I can't even access the menus. Also, it keeps bringing this message:

I am sure on the menus it is there somewhere however I can't be bothered
looking for it.  Instead I use the jaws cursor.  You can usually find the
icon on the bottom of the ribbon off to the right.  I click the work edit
and away I go.

I generally know how to disable the protected view; however, when I open up
the power point document, pressing alt f does nothing.

I have a few power points to read but it just says protected view. How can I
read them?
