A scan with Malwarebytes after having gone there turns up nothing and
there's nothing in the Windows Defender log after forcing a scan as well.
Depending on the web browser you're using there will be either a
button or link toward the bottom of those warning screens that allow you
to continue through to your original destination. It didn't strike me
that a website named coolblindtech was likely to be malicious, as it
certainly doesn't have the "ooooh, shiny" name factor that would
encourage members of the unsuspecting public to click on it.
They still need to fix that certificate, though.
