This used to happen to me all the time, and only when JAWS was running.
Are you using Avast as your Antivirus? If so, try disabling the Avast
Add-on in Internet Explorer. (Tools, Manage Add-ons.) You could possibly
also be experiencing issues with Flash Ads. I had this problem with
Firefox until I got Adblock Plus, and now that problem is gone for me.
