Agreed. The problem is that MS Accessibility is telling Carlos differently. My own experience of MS Accessibility leads me to be skeptical of what they say. I'm sure they can handle some problems, but it seems that once a user's experience goes outside the script, their advice needs to be questioned. Carlos might want to call back and see if a different MS Accessibility staffer confirms FS's assurances that the latest releases of JAWS 16 work with Windows 10. He can cite your experience as evidence that FS is right.
