So I got some more information on the exact version of TaxSlayer that
the IRS is switching our programs to in 2017. I know this is a long
shot, but has anybody used the web/cloud based TaxSlayer Pro Online
(Classic, not premium)? This is not the TaxSlayer that most home users
work with to prepare their tax return. This is the professional tax
practicianer software. We've been working with Taxwise Online from CCH
Small Firm Services, and while they've fixed most of the problems I've
had with Taxwise Online, I don't feel like they have a great grasp of
what is or is not ideal in terms of accessibility. It's functional, but
it's not perfect, probably because firsthand experience with
accessibility is not a part of their frame of reference. :-) I'm hoping
for a better fresh start with TaxSlayer Pro Online, but I can find no
real information on it, much less on the accessibility of its interface.
Anybody used it? Running Windows 7 and JAWS 15 here.
