Here's one way to help. If you get a set of earphones with tiny buds in them and put the JAWS one in one ear. I think you can put your phone headset right over it, and they won't hear JAWS. I happen to have an ear bud for my phone, call VISA or bank with phone bud in one ear, computer bud in other, work my financial records without it yelling all over the apartment. Then when I'm off the phone, I can use both for JAWS. I realize that in your case, you probably have ones that fit over both ears, but you could tuck a bud in one ear.
