We just successfully tested this setup. We have one of the headsets assigned to JAWS exclusively and the other assigned to the Skype phone and it's working as we were expecting. Very easy setup on the JAWS portion, Windows gave the most recent device a different name, so we just went into JAWS soundcards and pointed JAWS to the new device.
