Keith, Thanks for the support. Your observation, quoted above, is really what I hope can develop over time in this thread. I'll be the first to admit that some of my questions are because I haven't a clue about certain esoterica in NVDA and Window Eyes that I may (or may not) know about in JAWS. All of my multi-screen-reader users do so because it's so much easier to achieve a result on a given website, with a certain set of documets, etc., with one than it is with the others. I have almost nothing to offer in that department except what I may observe or a friend tells me, but that kind of information can be gold when you're stuck and frustrated and there exists a far easier alternative.
