I am a programmer. I explore Eclipse, like I would any app: start with the menu 
bar. To create a new project, it would be under File. Make sure you have JAWS 
set to speak all punctuation when in Eclipse, so you can more easily catch 
errors in your code. Also, Google Eclipse accessibility for tips. Eclipse takes 
accessibility seriously enough that they provide documentation to make your 
experience go more smoothly.
