Thanks Ann. I'll definitely take a look an suggest that my client using Office 2010 do the same if it's done using Office 2010. The changes between PowerPoint 2010 and PowerPoint 2013 appear to have caused a general uproar when they occurred. At some point I'll have to see if there have been any stinks raised about Office 2016. I've assiduously avoided Office 365 and intend to continue to do so.
