Pablo, I'm going to retract my suggestion about using version 3.0.1 as your first shot, as it seems to be somewhat hateful in interacting with NVDA. I'll be sending you a private e-mail with a link to the installer (64-bit) for versions 2.2.2 and 2.2.4 since they used a "good, old-fashioned" Windows interface rather than the new flat look.
