Sometimes, JAWS won't read the options as you arrow through them.

Have you tried using the Read Current Line to see the option you're on?

These commands are:

Desktop Keyboard Layout:

NumPad Insert Key plus NumPad 8 Key

Laptop Keyboard Layout:

CapsLock Key plus the letter I.

Subject: Latest version of jaws 17 and outlook 2016

Wondered if anyone has had this issue when using the latest version of Jaws
17 with outlook 2016 when trying to import and export items like contacts
etc. to and from Outlook 2016 where Jaws doesn't seem to read the options
needed to choose in order to perfom the various task like can do with other
screen readers have installed.

So wondered if anyone had any ideas, suggestions or tips on how to do this?

Thanks.
