Mark, If it follows convention regarding a click then a left mouse button press is a single click. On the desktop layout that's NumPad Slash and laptop it's CAPS LOCK+8. If you happen to be using a laptop and don't have the mousepad completely disabled you can use the left mouse pad button, with a single press, too.
