Sieble can be accessible depending on 2 things. Sieble has two installation modes a standered and a high interactive mode. The high interactive mode does not work with screenreaders and unfortunately the preference for most companies. The standard interactive mode can be accessible if the accessible features are turn on at the server side. How good it is I don't really know. I haven't talked to any one who uses it for a while. The biggest stumbling block is which mode is installed and whether the accessibility features are turned on. I guess these are some of the questions that you need to ask the administrators before trying it.
