Since we now have a crop of people having the mute function not mute, and there's power in numbers as far as trouble reports go, I thought I'd start this thread.
Groups.io uses e-mail to report technical issues and that address is [email protected] [support at groups dot io]. I've just sent an e-mail regarding the mute function and encourage others for whom it's not working to do the same. I have reported that at least one JFW user states that it is working as advertised for her, but the majority of us aren't seeing any effect from it at all. The request number associated with my report is 978. Feel free to reference it so that they can link reports together. Brian
