That can be tricky. Sometimes you can download in the usual way, sometimes not. Recently I had trouble downloading a podcast from FS. To resolve the problem, I began playing the podcast, and saved while it was playing-worked great

I contacted FS tech support via email and below is the response they sent. "Because you are not in the actual webinar environment when listening to this webinar, this feature is not available. If you desire to have these controls, I recommend you download the MP3 file and play it in Windows Media player or similar utility where these controls are available to you." I've never downloaded an MP3 file and don't know how to use Windows Media player so as soon as I do some research and try to learn how to do these things I'll give this a try ......
