My prior comment applies only if the programs in question are not installed, but are free-standing/portable versions that can run with no changes to the registry.
If they are programs that were installed, but you chose the E drive as the install location, I'd simply delete all the shortcuts that don't work and reinstall these programs on your machine. If the Add or Remove Programs Control panel still shows the programs as installed, definitely attempt to do an uninstall prior to the reinstall. Brian
