I agree that he sounds like he has a psychological problem but the majority of us are not mental healthcare professionals. No one here knows who his family is, who his doctors are or the cause of his condition. Consequently he floods our list with irrelevant messages, a common venue for people reaching out for help. But we are not that source of help. If someone has his address or area code they can call authorities in his area to help him with his obvious disturbances. JB
