I believe the steps are the same regardless of which browser being used, IE, 
Firefox, Chrome.  Instead of just hitting enter, which generally is for playing 
the video, use the applications key to get to the “save target as”, which is a 
Windows option, not specific to any browser.  Easy as pie, and works much 
better.
