You could try Juno, as long as you use something besides dial-up, and I guess 
most do.  It hasn't been updated for a while, and didn't work well with Win 7, 
but the errors appear to have been modem-related.  The software should be a 
free download, just put "Juno" into a search engine.  You can have either a 
free or paid account.
