Hi list,

I am using Windows 10, JAWS 17 latest build andOutlook 2013.
Apparently, there was a Windows 10 update yesterday and, since that update,
2 things in Outlook 2013 are not working properly for me:

Firstly, if I open an E-mail message that contains attachments and press
Insert A, JAWS reports that "There are no attachments in this message." This
didn't concern me so much because that did happen sporadically prior to this
Windows 10 update.

Secondly, if I Shift Tab a couple of times, it will take me to the
attachments. Then, JAWS really acts funny: firstly, JAWS reads all of the
attachments instead of just the first one in the list; secondly, if I cursor
left JAWS reads the semi-colon, then cursoring left again, it reads the name
of the last attachment, but the voice is totally different.

If I put on the JAWS cursor, I can zero in on a particular
attachment and double click with the left mouse button on the number pad,
then it will open the attached document.

Is anyone else experiencing this following the Windows 10
update yesterday?

I even tried removing the JAWS configuration file for
Outlook and the default JAWS configuration file. Of course, I also tried
loading and unloading JAWS, then I even rebooted my PC, but no luck with
this problem.

                Any help will be appreciated.

                Don
