One thing I like about them is being able to read messages from the most recent with alt+1 and go back through the conversation. I can't always remember which commands are part of Skype and which are available because of Skype scripts. I think the ctrl 1 and ctrl 2 are part of JAWS accessibility. I use Skype to provide virtual instruction every day.
