Have you tried mccafee for protection for internet security, spyware, and webmail and virus protection mccafee live safe works great. Just know that you'll have to subscribe to it every year. Maybe there are others but this is what works for me and it is accessible with the version of jaws that I have which is jaws16. The nice thing is that you can get to things quickly.
