Good morning everyone,
We had this happen on my wife's computer. The most likely cause is a
corrupt user. You need to create a new user and delete the one causing you
to get that message.
It could also be an indication of a failing hard drive. When
hardware fails it can effect the performance of software on your machine
including Windows. I would first create a new user and set it as the default
and delete the corrupt user to remedy this issue. If your computer continues
to behave irradically it's time to call a technician to run some diagnostics
to determine if it's time for a new hard drive or something else. Hope this

Often when I open windows Explorer on my windows 7 computer with JAWS 17, I
get the message: "Remote call failed to execute." I can't open windows
explorer then of course--no documents, no computer drives. Has anyone seen
this? Is there a cure????
