If you haven't used Win 7's restore yet, you're in for a treat. It's much 
easier to navigate, and the reason for each restore point is given in plain, 
nontechnical language.

that happens and you can try a system restore to an earlier date and that can 
fix the problem. even a cd-rom update can mess with a key.
