Hello, At work, I am using JFW 13 and Windows XP Pro. Yes, I know that Windows XP will no longer be supported after today! Our agency is in the middle of refreshing our equipment. In the meantime, this is the problem I am currently experiencing! When I attempt to open an Outlook message, I hear the from, to and subject fields, but I am unable to read the body of the message. I cannot arror up or down, through the message. The only way I can work around this is by using the Jaws cursor, but I can't always hear the full message spoken. When I attempt to reply, I am unable to type in the body of the message, and when I type letters, I'm told that this Dialogue is not available. I have not changed anything or updated anything; this was not occurring yesterday! Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks.
