One caveat. The first USB-to-serial converter I tried with the Dectalk Express didn't work when I connected it to my Win7 machine. However, the second one did.
I'm sorry to say I don't recall the brand name or model number of either converter. I guess I'm saying if the first one doesn't work, try another. Dectalk Express definitely works with Win7.
