Thanks for confirming this, Ann. Though it isn't a good sign that FS
recommends a course of action that doesn't work, at least I know now
that the behavior  isn't particular to my display. Incidentally,
pressing a key on the display doesn't work for me either.

I think I will email FS tech support just to have it documented. Can't
hurt, right?
